Cornus kousa Var chinensis

Cornus kousa Var chinensis is one of the best small trees you can plant in your garden. This stately Small tree is adorned with with large white bracts that appear in june giving a similar affect to a hankerchief tree but the bracts are instead upturned and you wont have to wait 20 years for them. The False flowers or bracts then fade a lovely pink as they go over, but the show is never over with Cornus kousa Var chinensis as the flowers is followed by attractive red spherical fruits and a stunning display of red foliage in autumn.
